This picture is from a recent (circa 1900) photograph of the house in Westerly, RI built by Elisha Stillman, son of Dr. George Stillman, and occupied by him until 17 April 1771, when he sold the house to Joseph Stillman.
The date that the house was built - 1748 - is cut on the stone chimney.
Deacon William Stillman was born in this house.
The house is now (circa 1900) occupied by Joseph F. Stillman, son of Adam Stillman.
