Bella Helena Stillman married - in Rome, December 1896 - James Henry Middleton, who was an archeologist, traveller and expert on Islamic culture - severally Slade |Professor at Cambridge (3 times), Director of the Fitzwilliam Museum and Director of the South Kensington Museum [now the Victoria and Albert]. James Henry Middleton died 10.6.1896 (laudanum) in London.
I do not know when/where Bella Helena Stillman Middleton died, though she was with Marie Spartali Stillman in London in 1927. Bella Helena Stillman Middleton and James Henry Middleton had a daughter Peggy who married, Peggy Reynolds; so far as I know, no issue (technical term.) - edited from David Elliott, April 2001
